CONTEXTSupply Chain is a key driver of Maisons- overall performance. It must be agile and anti-fragile to provide the best end-to-end product availability and ensure client satisfaction, anytime and anywhere, and offering sustained resilience regardless of the business context.

Within Group Supply Chain Solutions, the Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for the end-to-end management of a specific supply chain process, ensuring its efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the process, its stakeholders, and the relevant solutions meaning how they are built in the system landscape. The BPO SCE will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Working closely with the Maisons and functions such as Logistic, Product trade compliance, group tax, etc., you are part of the end-to-end Supply Chain transformation and contribute to the high Richemont Group ambition.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Process Ownership

    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain execution processes, including its inputs, outputs, stakeholders, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Ensure an updated process mapping on his/her scope
    • Define and document the processes, including its workflows, procedures, and policies
    • Ensure the process is aligned with the overall supply chain strategy and business objectives
    • Diffuse and ensure cascading of communication for a clear understanding on the processes to all concerned stakeholders
  • Process Improvement

    • Identify and analyse process and transactional execution bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, thanks to the monitoring of processes and practices
    • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis, lean methodologies, and other relevant tools
    • Ensure cross-Maisons, cross-functions (Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, Retail, etc.), cross-entities alignment
    • Support change management in Maisons/Entities in new processes adoption
  • Solution evolution Management

    • Validate business needs in terms of processes, contribute to formalization of needs and drive convergence, be part of the definition of priorities to feed properly Group Product (continuous improvement) or Group Tech (projects) for the solution selection process
    • Be part of the evaluation and recommendation of technology solutions to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness and contribute to gap analysis workshops when relevant
    • Understand IT solutions design proposal and review functional specifications, according to process evolution expectations
    • Ensure that testing scenarii of technical solutions are relevant and aligned with designed operational processes
    • Support the implementation and integration of relevant technical enhancements and supply chain processes
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and other departments, to ensure needs collection on process evolution, process alignment and smooth operations, and, if relevant, feed Product Owner on product evolution
    • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across the process stakeholders
    • Resolve process-related issues and conflicts effectively
    • Document and communicate to ensure the buy-in of the processes by all the Users within the Maisons
  • Compliance and Governance

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies
    • Ensure the definition and the implementation of a process system control
  • Best Practices Intelligence

    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

The non-exhaustive list of internal and external stakeholders, depending on the subject, includes:

  • All Supply Chain functions of the Maisons, operational and management functions, and even merchandising/finance functions of the Maisons
  • Group functions: Group Logistics, Group Sustainability, Group platform/IT (Group Product, Group Tech, Group Data,), Internal Audit, etc.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Masters- degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Execution
  • Strong Knowledge of Supply Chain Execution processes
  • Strong expertise in IT Solutions and understanding of business challenges
  • Advanced Analytical skills
  • Capacity to transform business requirement into clear IT specifications
  • Fluent in English / French is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive/pro-active to business needs
  • Organization skills & methodical
