Our client is a major organization located in Geneva.

Job Description

The Business Transformation Consultant will be responsible for implementing the organization change framework in the key projects/programmes/releases, ensuring the successful people transition from the current state to the desired future one through strategic planning, stakeholder management, engagement and process optimization.

The key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop comprehensive change impact assessments and people transition plans (including engagement and adoption plans) for internal key programmes/projects/releases as per existing templates and guidelines
• Enhance and optimise the change framework through automation, process optimisation and simplification to seamlessly integrate deliverables into existing project/epic deliverables as per internal change management process
• Design and facilitate change impact assessment workshops and project-related collaborative sessions
• Conduct training sessions to develop capabilities across key stakeholder groups (ambassador network, leaders, change managers, transformers)
• Partner and support sponsors with culture and operational improvement initiatives and mandates
• Build and maintain leadership alignment around transformation objectives, ensuring goals align with business strategy
• Develop and maintain operations engagement dashboards and change readiness metrics to measure transformation impact and effectiveness
• Capture, document, and share lessons learned with the change management community to foster continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Transformation Consultant we are looking for will bring the following background and experience :

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in change management or business transformation, with a proven track record in managing the people side of change in large scale transformations
• Proven experience designing and facilitating workshops and delivering effective training programs
• Certified change practitioner (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
• Proven project management skills
• Advanced proficiency with usual IT tools + experience in data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive workflow automation (e.g. Copilot Studio)
• Fluent in English, other languages like German or French would be a strong advantage
• Exceptional communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Able to adapt and be resilient in dynamic working environments
• Strategic thinker with strong execution focus
• Ability to take initiative and make things happen
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across all organizational levels
• Results-oriented with attention to detail
