Position Summary
To complete our Phone Services and Call Center Department, we are currently looking for a Call Center Agent.
In this role, you will manage the Group-s central telephone center as well as the internal call center of all our sites, based in Vevey, by delivering a first-class service.
A Day in the Life of a Call Center Agent
- Handle internal and external calls within a short timeframe
- Ensure adequate transfer of internal and external calls while respecting our internal processes
- Ambassador of the group's image when interacting with customers
- Provide efficient answers in case of critical situations
- Analyze requests, monitor incidents and ongoing requests
- Perform various administrative tasks
What will make you successful
- CFC or equivalent
- Previous experience in a reception or front desk
- Good command of the MS Office tools
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluent in English & French and good level of spoken German, Swiss-German is a plus
