Position Summary

To complete our Phone Services and Call Center Department, we are currently looking for a Call Center Agent.

In this role, you will manage the Group-s central telephone center as well as the internal call center of all our sites, based in Vevey, by delivering a first-class service.


A Day in the Life of a Call Center Agent


  • Handle internal and external calls within a short timeframe
  • Ensure adequate transfer of internal and external calls while respecting our internal processes
  • Ambassador of the group's image when interacting with customers
  • Provide efficient answers in case of critical situations
  • Analyze requests, monitor incidents and ongoing requests
  • Perform various administrative tasks

What will make you successful


  • CFC or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a reception or front desk
  • Good command of the MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Fluent in English & French and good level of spoken German, Swiss-German is a plus
