Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:

As the Camps Administrator, you will coordinate all logistical requirements and organisational needs related to the summer programmes. You will work in close collaboration with the summer programme managers based at Collège du Léman to ensure the success of these events.


Your main responsibilities are the following:

Programme Preparation:

  • Assist in securing service providers (e.g., photographer, video producer, excursions, etc.)
  • Organise housing assignation for staff and students in collaboration with the different CdL stakeholders (Logistics, Camps, Boarding, etc.)
  • Coordinate the delivery of merchandise
  • Participate in the pastoral care organisation during the summer programmes: identify staffing needs and scheduling
  • Organise staff and student induction:
  • Badges, IT access, induction packs
  • Airport arrivals and departures (Welcome desk and transfers to/from campus)
  • Induction tours (campus presentation, security, etc.)

During camps:

  • Assist in the organisation of special events (i.e., concerts) and evening activities
  • Act as the key point of contact for logistical / technical requests and needs from staff
  • Organise daily transport to and from campus (as required)
  • Coordinate the infirmary service on campus

In addition, you will support the camps manager with some further administrative tasks, including the following: 

  • Prepare and send corporate agreements and provide follow-up
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of our Admissions department’s business trips
  • Issue financial aid letters
  • Other administrative tasks as required


Skills, Competencies and Attitude: 

Customer service oriented, you have excellent interpersonal skills and can adapt quickly to a new environment. Conscious and rigorous in the execution of your tasks, you are organised and comfortable to work independently and manage priorities.

You have experience in organising Camps and/or special events, preferably in an international environment. You are fully proficient in English (level C2), and are at ease with the usual computer tools.
