Your team
Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. This position is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Geneva.
Your role
- Assisting the CEO of GFM (priority) and his team.
- Ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and discretion, while also showing independence and initiative when appropriate, with the aim of enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes.
- Managing the CEO and the GFM team-s diary, as well as scheduling and organising meetings.
- Making arrangements for international travel and organising itineraries.
- Managing travel invoices and submitting expenses claims.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal or external use, along with communications to employees.
- Supporting the GFM team with regular updates to internal Excel documents.
- Assisting the GFM team by organising meetings, preparing expenses claims and meetings.
- Preparing the onboarding of new employees and organising internal training sessions
- Taking minutes when necessary.
- Assisting with projects and events such as intranet updates, town hall meetings, off-sites.
- Establishing strong working relationships with PWM teams and other executive assistants.
Your profile
- Professional qualification and at least five years- experience working as an executive assistant supporting senior management in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of, or experience in, the financial services industry is preferred.
- Friendly, proactive and confident, you are highly organised, solution-orientated and pragmatic.
- A true team player, you are willing to be flexible, as well as being open to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems, you have intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
