Our client is a leading industrial company based in French-speaking Switzerland, in a highly regulated environment. As part of its continued growth and investment, we are recruiting a Clean Utilities Project Leader to lead critical infrastructure and capital utility projects.MissionsReporting to a senior member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for driving facilities and utilities projects while ensuring alignment with long-term objectives. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading a portfolio of facilities and utilities projects (CAPEX), ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards- Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, including critical shutdown activities and infrastructure upgrades- Acting as program lead, defining project roadmaps, resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives- Overseeing engineering activities related to utilities (HVAC, compressed air, electrical systems, and facilities infrastructure)- Managing a team of experts and external partners, ensuring efficient performance- Driving cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D to ensure smooth project execution and impact- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards (GMP, ISO, etc.), including risk analysis and mitigation activities- Supporting audits and inspections from authorities- Managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, excellence, and strong teamworkYou will lead a small team of engineers and technicians, as well as external consultants during key project phases. This role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to build trust across the organization.Qualifications and Experience- Engineering degree or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management- At least 7 years of experience in industrial environments, ideally within regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, IVD, or similar)- Proven experience managing facilities and utilities projects in a production environment- Experience working in regulated environments- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing external suppliersTechnical Skills- Strong understanding of utilities systems (HVAC, electrical, compressed air, etc.)- Knowledge of risk management methodologies (HAZOP, SIL)- Experience in compliance-driven and quality-focused environments- Solid project management capabilities in complex, multi-faceted environmentsLanguages- Fluent in English and French requiredPersonal Skills- Strong leadership and team management skills- High level of accountability and ownership- Excellent stakeholder management and solution-oriented mindset- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical timelines- Humility, team spirit, and a strong ethical mindset are essentialConditions- A role with a high level of responsibility- Opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment- Long-term benefits policy- 1 day of home office per week jidd851081aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
