• Prepare and oversee accurate financial statements and reporting in compliance with applicable regulations;
• Manage the accounting team to ensure efficient and timely processing of financial transactions;
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies;
• Support budget planning and forecasting activities to aid strategic decision-making;
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes;
• Review and improve accounting procedures for enhanced efficiency and accuracy;
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management for informed decision-making;
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Profile

• An academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field;
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar position;
• Ability to
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous;
• Fluency in English and French.
