You have a significant experience in Client Data Management in a Retail environment, Luxury sector is a plus.
You are organized, rigorous and recognized for your strong analytical skills & business acumen.
At ease with data, you are passionate about making your figures speak & presenting it clearly to any audience.

You are able to take initiatives, to show ownership & commitment in your daily work.
Fluent in English, you master the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Looker & SQL a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Regional Client Director, the Regional Client Insight Business Manager supports the Region teams and Markets in their understanding of 360 Client Data using the tools provided by HQ. (S)he makes sure that local needs and expectations are covered as well as challenges both Markets and HQ to answer business requests. (S)he is the ambassador of client data knowledge and stakes within the Region.
In this function, you will:
Support all regional departments in their understanding of client insights and journeys
- Work closely with all departments to understand, prioritize and answer their needs in terms of Client data analysis & knowledge
- Proactively perform analysis to better understand market trends from a client angle, leveraging HQ tools & dashboards
- Share relevant & actionable insights to support the regional strategic axis of business development
- Coordinate with HQ for ad-hoc analysis to be automatized or performed centrally to benefit other regions
Be the expert & sponsor for client data topics across Europe region
- Develop a perfect understanding of client database topics, rules and calculations (Service Cloud, SAP) & act as the referent for client database use and golden rules
- Be the garant of client database quality: monitor performance, ensure 100% client reassignment, perform cleaning
- Act as a key user & point of contact for CRM tools, incl. roll-out across the region (SAP BI, Salesforce Client Database, Looker Explore-)
- Be responsible for training users in the Region (incl. teams in boutiques) on CRM data related tools,
- Through a pedagogical approach, support markets- understanding of client database issues and sensitivity(incl. security and legal topics)
Monitor/oversee & support the implementation of the client strategy within the Region
- Collect and consolidate markets' feedback and needs in terms of analysis, dashboards, new KPIs, tools evolutions-
- Monitor and work with local markets on KPIs implementation and share best practices
- Work closely with markets to support Boutique Managers & SA-s capacity to efficiently use client KPIs and implement action plans
