As a commercial assistant, you will assist and work closely with the Regional Account Manager leading the Zone Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will coordinate all projects related to the EMEA Zones but as well those ones received from the main global R&D Centers of the Key Account.

You will primarily act on Europe Middle East Africa region but your mission will be to coordinate with other Regions and the HQs when dealing with International projects.

 Acknowledge and record all projects received on zone EMEA in the Projects management system with the directives of the Regional Account Manager
 Coordinate those projects with the directions given by the Regional Account Manager by ensuring that all products submissions are well received by our key clients
 Prepare a weekly projects list for the Regional Account Manager with their status
 Manage the documents (specifications and others) request from Key clients
 Up-date the price file whenever a new contract is received or a product discontinued
 Assist the Regional Account Manager in the preparation and logistic of all visits on site
 Finalize monthly expenses of the Regional Account Manager
 Work closely with all internal departments to make things happen, especially Mane’s affiliates in the ZonePROFILE
 Interest in food
 Fluent in English and French.
 Strong organization ability and work independently
 Discretion is a must, sense of priorities, team spirit, business oriented and a good communicator, autonomous and dynamic
 Precise and Stress resistant
 At ease with common programs like Outlook, Word and Excel. Sharepoint would be an asset.
