Description

We are looking for a Sales Assistant (M/F) for our client, who specialises in the chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the flow of briefs and support sales team from start to finish so that all needs of the client and briefs are met on time
  • Key interaction amongst all key players: client, sales, perfume developers, perfumers, technical, Consumer Insight teams
  • Order perfume oils &  application labs, on a day-to-day basis to ensure projects are run efficiently & client’ s deadline are met
  • Execute projects management including (not limited to) entering Consumer insight requests, inputting sample requests, coordinating samples production with lab, initiating stability tests, requesting additional base/information from client, formatting Consumer results
  • Support sales, fdms, sensory, technical & CI teams to prepare for client presentations & meetings. This includes  ordering market products, ordering samples, labeling samples, determining what support materials needs to be shipped, and packing/shipping all materials

You bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in commercial/operations roles
  • Attention to detail, sense of excellence, ability to work with precision, structure, and discipline in day-to-day execution

  • Fluent in French (C2) and English (C2)
  • Excellent time management skills
