Legal degree
Master in Economic Law is an advantage
Good knowledge of international jurisdictions
Good understanding of corporate documents of different jurisdictions
Knowledge of legal and regulatory environment is Switzerland in banking and financial sector
English is mandatory and other language is an advantage
Strong ethic service
Motivated, attention to details, analytical and methodological approach
IT literate, solid knowledge of Microsoft tools
