About Our Client
Our client is a leading international organisation, supporting countries and partners worldwide in strengthening health systems and improving programme delivery.
As part of ongoing strategic initiatives, the organisation is seeking a consultant to support the optimisation of programme approaches and operational efficiency.
Job Description
Reporting to a senior programme lead, you will contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, tools and guidance aimed at enhancing programme effectiveness, efficiency and impact.
The role combines analytical work, content development, stakeholder coordination and strategic support within a highly international and fast-paced environment.
Strategic & Technical Contribution
- Support the development of operational frameworks, guidelines and methodologies
- Contribute to improving programme effectiveness through structured analysis and recommendations
- Ensure alignment with broader organisational priorities
Content Development
- Produce high-quality written deliverables (guidance, frameworks, reports)
- Develop presentations and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Consolidate and structure existing tools and resources
Monitoring & Performance
- Contribute to the development of monitoring and evaluation approaches
- Support definition of key indicators and performance frameworks
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across multiple regions
- Support alignment across stakeholders and workstreams
- Facilitate information sharing and coordination
The Successful Applicant

Advanced degree in public health, global health or related field

Proven experience in international programmes or complex global environments

Strong analytical and excellent writing skills

Experience in project coordination and multi-stakeholder environments

Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural settings

Fluent English required, French is a plus
