What you can expect from us.

  • You will assist clients in defining and driving strategic and IT transformation programmes and/or projects.
  • You will assist in solving complex IT and business issues through baselining of current IT performance and challenges, identifying and assessing options for future architecture, IT operating, sourcing and financing models, documenting business cases (including cost modelling),  building and driving the execution of transformation roadmaps
  • You will be exposed to client senior executives

What we expect from you.

  • You have a between 4 and 6 years' relevant consulting experience at a Big 4 or top tier management consulting firm.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, backed with practical experience in at least one of the following domains:
Enterprise architecture: Applications landscape current state assessment (e.g. business fit, technical health, overall integration/data architecture) ; Enterprise applications selection, including high level knowledge of major ERP suites and best-of-breed enterprise applications/cloud services (e.g. CRM, HR ...) ; Understanding of development practices (e.g. Agile, SDLC, strengths and weaknesses of major programming languages and frameworks).
IT Infrastructure: Assessment and high-level design of IT infrastructures, including end-user computing, data centres, servers & storage, IaaS (Azure, AWS), networking ; Outsourcing, vendor and technology selection (RFI/RFP), contract assessment, definition and negotiation support ; Infrastructure resilience and security (e.g. high availability, disaster recovery, security architecture).
  • You have a good understanding of the workings of IT functions, in particular: IT strategy and portfolio management; IT organisation and governance and IT service management processes.
  • You have a reputation for getting the job done, with demonstrated experience and certifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK) and IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL).
  • You hold a university degree in information systems management or computer science and an additional business administration degree (e.g. MBA).
  • Your superior written (PowerPoint) and oral presentation skills allow you to communicate with impact.
  • You are fluent in French and English. Fluency in German is a plus.
  • You are willing to travel as required for client engagements (in Switzerland and other European countries).
