DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
You are in charge of content creation (program positioning, messaging frameworks) across various channels (website, brochures, videos, email campaigns, social media)
You translate insights and program features into clear, engaging and customer-centric narratives
You identify testimonials, success stories and impactful learning experiences for promotional use
You contribute to market analysis, campaign planning and performance reviews
You provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
You work closely withe the digital marketing team to support campaign across paid media, SEO ad email marketing to enhance website traffic and user experience
You use CRM and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Salesforce, Engagement Studio) to support strategies en ensure marketing activities are optimized
You collaborate with production teams to develop promotional videos and multimedia assets (briefing, interviews, content review)
PROFIL ATTENDU
University degree in marketing, communications or business
At least 3-4 years experience in a similar position with proven track record of developing comprehensive marketing narratives
Very good copywriting and storytelling skills in English (C2 level)
Strong project management skills
Ability to turn complex information into a clear, simple and persuasive message
Digital fluent and AI savvy
