We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Contract Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Richemont Europe Headquarter (RLGE) Contract Team. This is an excellent opportunity to support a critical function within our organization during a maternity leave period. Reporting to the RLGE Team Lead, you will play a vital role in providing operational and administrative support to the Contract Coordination Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of contracts across our geographical scope. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is detailed oriented, and thrives on providing excellent support to a team.
The position is based in Meyrin, within our -Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie-, starting August 2025 until end of March 2026.
You will be successful in the role by:
- Providing administrative and project support to the team.
- Gathering and verifying contract documents and customer data.
- Managing contract sending, signature collection, and digital archiving.
- Ensuring data alignment between contracts and customer data.
- Maintaining the contractual database and archiving system
The invaluable skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor-s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English and very good command in French; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 4 to 6 years- experience as a para-legal in an international company preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Experience with SAP and/or CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools is a plus.
- A structured, autonomous, and hands-on approach to work.
- Ability to maintain a constructive and positive attitude, even under pressure
