Job Description

You are responsible for:

Participating actively in producing and presenting results to the operations

Enabling modernization and transformation of the financial tools in place

Contributing to a better understanding of the business results and contribute to business transformation

Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g. automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification by use of AI, prepare change of ERP)

Interacting with the various internal stakeholders in Switzerland in order to measure performance and assure achieving annual targetsAs a Controller:

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications: For this role, you must:

Have a degree in business administration with focus on accounting/finance and/or IT

Have at least 3 years' experience as a controller or financial analyst

Have experience in Business Intelligence, in particular Power BI

Be familiar with digitalization projects, in finance and/or operations

Have strong language skills in German, English and French
