Position Summary :
As a Creative Excellence and Brand Campaigns Manager EUR, you will be responsible for elevating creative quality and effectiveness of brand campaigns across Zone Europe. This role ensures campaigns are insight-driven, culturally relevant, and build strong, long-term brand equity. Working closely with SBUs, Zone and local marketing teams, and agency partners, you will guide the development and execution of strategically grounded, creatively ambitious campaigns across all touchpoints. You will strengthen creative excellence by shaping clear consumer-led ideas, supporting local transcreation, setting high qualification standards, and benchmarking against best-in-class work. By combining creative leadership with executional rigor, you will deliver campaigns that drive business impact, spark cultural conversations, and build consumer love across the Zone.
A Day in the Life of a Creative Excellence and Brand Campaigns Manager EUR
• Act as the Zone ambassador for creativity, inspiring brands and markets to raise campaign quality
• Influence Zone, Market, Global, and agency stakeholders to adopt insight‑driven creative excellence standards
• Foster a culture of creativity through inspiration sessions, creative reviews, and external speaker engagements
• Champion BBNW and campaigns qualifying for external recognition to position Zone Europe as a creative hub
• Influence and support the Zone communication strategy aligned with objectives, GBS principles, and long‑term brand building
• Lead the design of insight‑driven campaign strategies rooted in consumer tensions and brand purpose
• Co‑lead end‑to‑end Zone campaign development across all touchpoints with ZEUR teams and markets
• Drive agency creative development, owning briefs, productions, and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery
• Coordinate effective transcreation with markets, integrating Content Factory models and ensuring local relevance
• Provide clear updates, guidelines, toolkits, and playbooks to Zone and Market stakeholders
• Continuously improve campaign processes, resource allocation, and effectiveness while supporting reviews, RFPs, and awards entries
What will make you successful
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
• Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in communications, media, and/or marketing within a consumer goods organization, including at least 3 years at central level
• Several years’ experience on the creative agency side and/or at market level, with strong expertise managing external agency partners
• Experience with high-end or luxury brands and/or brands with a direct business model is an advantage
• Proven experience developing successful creative concepts across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints
• Strong knowledge of and proven experience within the FMCG industry
• Proven agency management skills and ability to drive strong, high-performing agency partnerships
• Demonstrated people management and leadership skills, including leading multicultural teams
• Strong leadership mindset with forward-thinking and strategic vision
• Natural team player with a highly collaborative working style
• Ability to build partnerships and confidently challenge and inspire external agencies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
