Cross-border Officer (9 months)
As a Cross-border Officer, you will work in close collaboration with the members of the Team whoare in charge ofcross-bordermattersGroup-wide, for a 9 month temporary position. Youwill report to theHead Cross-borderandultimately theHead of the Department.
You will have a wide range of tasks which include:
- Performregulatory analysis ofcross-border regulationsand translate them into reviews of internal policies,guidelinesand procedures, as wellcountry rules
- Writead hocmemoranda on specific topicsandparticipatein the writing of internal reports
- Providecross-bordersupport to different departments of the Bank as well as to other entities of the Group,in particular inrelation to requests forprojected marketing campaigns,requests toenter intobusiness relationships with external partners, travel requests
- Participate inthe establishment and enforcement of effective processes, incl.trainingsand development ofappropriate supportingtools,in particular throughdigitalisation
- Performcross-bordermonitoring andcontrolsofthe Banks commercial activities,Group-wide(, files review,verification of websites, social media)
- Participate inaudits as well as theconsolidatedsupervision for cross-border purposes, in particular onsite and offsite inspections of Group entities
Qualifications
- Master of Laws isa must
- Native English and excellentcommandof Frencharea must
- First experience in dealing with cross-border and/or banking and/or finance is a plus
- Writing skills and taste for elaborating and arguing on both theoretical and practical aspects of complexlegalrelated situations and topicsarea must. Oral skills are a plus
- Excel skills are aplus
- Ability to prioritize anddeliver onmultiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
