Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Canton de Vaud
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for our client as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding supply chain inquiries, order status, and logistics coordination
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Coordinate order processing, shipment scheduling, and inventory management to meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions or delays and implement solutions to minimize impact on customer satisfaction
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns and issues related to products, services, or deliveries
- Provide timely updates to customers on order status, tracking information, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and warehouse personnel, to address customer needs and optimize supply chain processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and supply chain activities in the CRM system
- Generate reports and analyze supply chain metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in international customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, Swiss German and French
