The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Services Associate to join the Swiss team at Simply Theatre Academy (ST Education Gmbh). Based in Geneva, we are looking for a permanent member of staff. Your primary function will be managing client services to ensure a positive client experience. You will be the voice of our clients so Simply Theatre Academy can continue to grow.
What you’ll do
• Liaise with clients and respond to enquiries in a timely manner in-person, over the phone and via email.
• Maintain office finances including the office budget, follow up of accounts, and handling of ticket sales and course orders.
• Maintain accurate client records and student information including course register.
• Create and supply course support materials.
• Order, maintain and sell office stock.
• Supervise and maintain academy and productions.
• Analyse client feedback and develop strategies to identify new and existing sales opportunities.
• Be the voice of our clients to help us continually improve.
What you offer
• Previous experience in a client services management.
• A good understanding of customer care and high levels of discretion and integrity
• Pro-active and strong organisational skills
• A sound knowledge of working with CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
