To strengthen our Global Customer Service Center team, based in our production plant in Bulle (canton of Fribourg), Switzerland, we are looking to fill the position of:


Customer Service Representative

As a UCB 'energanized' person and Customer Service Representative you like to work in an environment where you can:

  • Ensure top quality service is provided to internal and external customers at all times;
  • Manage customer queries by taking ownership and responsibility;
  • Participate in the improvement of existing processes / procedures.

As a UCB 'energanized' person and Customer Service Representative you will contribute by:

  • Monitoring open sales orders on a daily basis
  • Taking care of all order processing from A to Z
  • Coordinating documentation and invoicing
  • Acting as intermediary between clients and production sites
  • Analyzing and challenging sales forecasts to better understand and improve mid and long term supply requirements
  • Creating / Maintaining an excellent reputation with all internal and external business contacts
  • Managing complaints by following up and escalating where necessary

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • Commercial apprenticeship, Bachelor or equivalent
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in a Customer focused environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Functional knowledge of Supply Chain processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an effective team player who can engender credibility and confidence within a matrix organization
  • Working experience with ERP-Systems (SAP preferred), analytical mind-set and passion for numbers
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, stress resistant and flexible
