Description
Your mission
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Guide customers through the entire order process, offering advice on available solutions
- Coordinate customer lifecycle processes and address any improvement suggestions or change requests
- Manage and process customer orders, including data entry, paperwork, and follow-ups
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, including e-commerce introductions
- Provide support for administrative tasks, such as maintaining pricing schemes for different markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear, timely, and proactive communication
- Utilize the company's ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) and CRM tool (Hubspot) for efficient and accurate order processing
Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship and/or further education in customer service
- 4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the industry or medical/veterinary sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German. Additional languages are a plus.
Your skills and professional experience
- Background in medical device or veterinary industry is desirable but not a must
- Hands on mentality with strong client-facing skills, such as strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Service-oriented and friendly personality
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Problem solving and analysis along with the ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- First leadership experience preferable
