For our client, an international company based in Fribourg, we are looking for a

Customer Service Specialist (w/m)

Your responsibilities 
 
  • Handling customer special issues and cases
  • Manage blocked orders, delivery dates, backorders and make sure to keep customer informed at all times
  • Support S&OP and marketing in prioritizing orders and if required arrange repositioning between customers
  • Establish and maintain Customer parameters in the ERP and on documents (ECP and/or customer protocol/contracts)
  • Actively participate in improvement projects and implement new processes
 
Your profile
 
  • Excellent knowledge in English, French or German optional
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in Customer service
  • Experience within a productive environment and International organization context
  • Stress resistant, analytical, flexible, able to work independently, strong team spirit
  • Available immediately
