Description du poste

- Support and follow up of customers and their requests (call, emails, etc..)
- Administrative support to Team and CS Director
- Organize and manage the logistics of repairs
- Manage spare parts inventory, orders and shipments
- Support for preparation of Quality and Training Documents
- Support invoicing and requisition processes
- Propose and implement process improvements

Profil recherché

- Experience on a similar position
- Customer oriented employee
- Very good level in English, oral and written
- Knowledge of SAP (order entry, inventory management)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Autonomous, independent and conscientious
- Good communication and organization skills
