Job Description

• Manage and structure financial and operational data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting

• Design, build, and automate dashboards and reports to support Finance, Accounting, and Operations using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL

• Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support business performance, cost control, and monthly/quarterly closings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows, improve governance, and support regulatory, tax, and audit reporting

• Act as a key support to the Chief Accountant, contributing to financial initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and stepping in when needed

The Successful Applicant

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis in finance/accounting, ideally in banking

• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; database tools a plus (Oracle for example)

• Fluent in English and Mandarin MANDATORY! (French is a plus)

• Reliable, discreet, and comfortable working under pressure
