The Successful Applicant
- Strong analytical and statistical skills.
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Advanced IT and data analytics proficiency, with a very strong command of Excel and ERP systems (ideally Tableau).
- Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and multicultural sensitivity.
- Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
- Proactive in continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Motivated by global health initiatives.
