For our S&OP team in Lausanne we are therefore looking for a Demand Planner.
In this position you will be responsible for leading and managing the demand planning process for its market.***DAILY BUSINESS

1/ DEMAND PLANNING**

• Collaborate with other functions (Finance, Portfolio, Commercial, Programs) and utilize historical data to 1/ develop a consensus forecast in which future promotions, new product launches, and other relevant factors are incorporated, and 2/ understand the potential risks/opportunities or upsides/downsides around that forecast

• Reflect the demand forecast in the system following defined drumbeat

2/ SUPPLY PLANNING- ????????????????????Work closely with operations teams to ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet forecasted demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory, both at finished goods and direct material levels.

- ???????Drive responsive corrective actions with Portfolio & Commercial in case of Supply issues

3/ PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING- ???????Maintain key performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of the S&OP process
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into demand, supply, and inventory past performance, trend, and corrective actions

4/ RISK MANAGEMENT- Identify potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to address them

5/ STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organizations to ensure alignment and support for S&OP initiatives

6/ CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize the S&OP process, streamline operations, and improve overall business performance

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industry with experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and data analytics.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus)
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
• APICS certification and/or certification in Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus
• Fluent in English
