- Lead the facilitation of the S&OP process, ensuring accurate demand forecasting and efficient regional production planning.
- Manage and improve key demand planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, backorder levels, and inventory health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure demand planning strategies align with business objectives and market trends.
- Provide guidance and support to local demand planning teams, ensuring adherence to global standards and best practices.
- Engage in critical demand planning projects focusing on process improvements, market analysis, and forecast model enhancements.
Description du profil
- You possess a university degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- From 5 years of specialized experience in demand planning.
- Expertise in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and a deep understanding of demand planning tools and methodologies are essential.
- You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.
- You are proficient in English
- APICS certification ishighlydesirable.
