Our client is an international organisation operating in a complex, multi-country environment, with established supply chain and planning processes across the EMEA region.

Job Description

• Manage and consolidate demand forecasts at regional level
• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance
• Analyse forecast accuracy, bias and demand variances
• Challenge country inputs and ensure data consistency
• Provide demand insights to support S&OP discussions
• Support allocation and prioritisation in case of supply constraints
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools

The Successful Applicant

• Previous experience in Demand Planning within an international environment
• Good understanding of S&OP and forecasting principles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP or planning tools experience is a plus
• Fluent in English
