• Represent World Gymnastics in technical and operational meetings when delegated.
• Support continuity of leadership by exercising delegated authority in the absence of the Secretary General.

About You

• Extensive and proven background in gymnastics, with in-depth understanding of its disciplines, competitions, technical frameworks and governance environment.
• Significant experience in international sport settings, including leadership of technical or event-related teams.

• Experience working with Technical Committees and international sport governance bodies.
• Strong collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to align and coordinate experienced professionals.
• Excellent intercultural communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French; other languages are an asset.
• Availability for international travel.
• Valid Swiss working permit.

We Offer
• A senior leadership opportunity within a globally recognised international sports federation, operating at the heart of elite sport and major international events.
• A role combining strategic responsibility and collaborative leadership, working closely with experienced experts across disciplines in an international, high-performance environment.
• Exposure to complex, high-visibility projects with global reach, offering meaningful influence on how gymnastics is delivered and developed worldwide.
• A multicultural and professional workplace fostering autonomy, collaboration and long-term impact.
