Development Engineer

The role involves leading development tasks for new projects through to series industrialization, acting as the main technical interface with the client.

Tasks

• Collect, analyze and formalize customer requirements
• Draft functional and/or technical specifications
• Lead tasks across R&D, design, industrialization, quality, production, purchasing and supply chain
• Track task progress in line with project milestones
• Maintain regular communication with the customer throughout the project
• Manage validations, tests, prototypes and adjustments
• Prepare the launch and ensure transfer to operational teams

Profile

• Degree in microtechnology, electronics or materials engineering
• Experience in developing new products and new technologies in a highly technical environment (PCB, EMS, electronic board assembly, components)
• Experience collaborating with international customers
• Knowledge of PCB technologies and specific materials is an advantage
• Rigorous, methodical, structured, pragmatic, with analytical skills
• English level equivalent to B2
