Job Description
This junior role focuses on processing and reviewing technical content. Here are the main responsabilities :
- Review and process content in MS Word and XML files, ensuring proper structure, layout, styling, markup, and graphical elements within both XML-based and Word-based workflows.
- Deliver consistent and harmonized content with semantic richness to support ballot, editing, and publication processes.
- Structure authors' input to enable the production of high-quality publications and future digital content.
- Ensure that all content meets the required quality standards from a structural and markup perspective.
- Provide guidance and support to subject-matter experts, contributing to their knowledge development in structure and markup practices.
- Actively participate in the development, enhancement, and testing of XML tools, including macros, import routines, and XSLT.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge bases.
- Conduct quality control on converted documents, ensuring accurate tagging, structure, and compliance with harmonized XML guidelines.
- Support the harmonization of workflows between MS Word and XML to enable a smooth transition from Word-based to XML-based processes.

- Advanced proficiency in French and English
- Strong expertise in MS Word
- Programming and coding skills; XML knowledge considered a strong advantage
