Job Description
- Process content from the perspective of content structure and layout (text, associated styling or markup, and graphical elements) in both XML-based (OSD) and Word-based workflows
- Provide consistent, stable, and harmonized semantically rich content for files for ballot, editing and publication
- Actively contribute to the development and testing of XML tools, such as macros, import routines and XSLT
- Perform quality control of the converted Word-based standards to XML-based documents, document tagging and content errors
- Contribute to the harmonization of working practices for production of content between MS Word and XML to facilitate the transition from an MS Word-based workflow to an XML-based workflow
The Successful Applicant
- French and English C1
- Good knowledge of mark-up languages, such as XML and HTML
- Expert level in MS Word (including troubleshooting and problem solving)
- Good knowledge of ISO/IEC Directives (including understanding of workflows)
- Good level of English and French
- Based in Geneva or around, ideally available 1st of June 2026
