Your main tasks:

• Supports the Head of Marketing in the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy.

• Leads and manages marketing campaigns, including product, brand, and social media campaigns ( , LinkedIn and other digital channels).

• Plans, executes, and further develops marketing initiatives across all channels (online and offline).

• Supports executive management in communication with media and agencies and ensures a clear and professional flow of information to customers, service providers, and suppliers.

• Plans and executes trade fairs, events, and employer branding initiatives and leads negotiations with external service providers.

• Is responsible for coordinating the newsletter and managing and maintaining contact databases.

What we are looking for:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Further education in marketing ( , Marketing Specialist, Marketing Planner, Marketing Manager, or equivalent qualification).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level).

• Proficiency in MS Office and other IT tools; experience with marketing software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is an advantage.

Your personality:

• Self-driven, creative, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Confident and professional in building and maintaining relationships with media representatives, customers, and external service providers.
