Description du poste

We are seeking a Digital Services & Member Engagement Manager to lead the development and growth of a strategic portfolio of digital services delivered to an international network of members.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategy for a portfolio of digital services (offering, roadmap, evolutions)
  • Support the growth of the program through new member acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for member organizations, building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Understand member needs, lead workshops, and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to guide product and service evolution (prioritization, delivery follow-up, quality)
  • Contribute to the development of the offer (pricing, service offerings, additional modules)
  • Operate in a complex international environment involving multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare reporting and produce strategic documentation in English
  • Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance insights

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in digital services management, customer success, product/service management, or account management
  • Strong client-facing experience with a focus on engagement, retention, and account development
  • Ability to work at the intersection of business and technology
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (e.g. international, public sector, large ecosystems)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills (workshops, presentations, stakeholder interactions)
  • Strong written communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
