Your area of responsibility

Tool Administrator

•  Manage the Besi Web shop including the customer interface via EDI
• Act as a Key user of SAP, BW (Business Warehouse), and co-owner of the pricing tool
• Drive innovation and enhancements in tools and processes related to order processing

Automation

• Lead process automation initiatives for spares and tooling, focusing on creating a “hands-free process chain”
• Analyze workflows and promote automation to ensure scalable business operations 

Business Support Project Management

• Provide and maintain infrastructure for global order processes through SAP, optimizing business workflows 
• Oversee projects to guarantee global process compliance and accurate reporting 
• Deliver global training, documentation, monthly reports, and improvement recommendations 
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors involved in external project management 
• Generate and provide KPI reports

Our requirements

• Advanced commercial degree with a strong engineering affinity in a relevant field 
• Certification in project management or process engineering 
• Solid expertise in SAP and BW (Business Warehouse)
• Experience with AI-driven automation tools or analytical platforms (B2B or B2C) 
• Excellent analytical, communication, and intercultural skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments 
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
• Fluency in English is essential
