EHS Specialist EngineerBOBST is looking for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist Engineer to become a key player in prevention. You will play a central role in the development and strengthening of the EHS culture within the assembly and logistics teams. In close collaboration with managers and teams, you will contribute to defining and deploying concrete and effective prevention measures, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.MissionYou advise and support teams on safety and work environment issues for the assembly and supply chain sectors, while actively participating in the management system. You report directly to the EHS Engineer.ResponsibilitiesPrevention of accidents- Conduct risk analyses- Investigate incidents and accidents- Train and raise awareness among teams regarding safety- Deploy prevention action plans- Participate in safety projectsEnvironmental protection- Investigate environmental incidents- Raise awareness among teams- Optimize waste management and propose improvementsProtection of isolated workers- Define and maintain risk analysis processes- Collaborate with the occupational health department- Manage protection devices and their maintenanceManagement & system- Contribute to ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management- Follow up on actions resulting from audits- Prepare external audits- Maintain system documentationSupport & steering- Advise department managers on EHS topics- Monitor and communicate KPIs- Participate in team routines- Ensure your continuous developmentProfile- Engineering degree in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, logistics, chemistry) or equivalent- STPS Specialist or Expert (or equivalent depending on level)Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS in an industrial environment (ideally mechanical)Technical skills- Mastery of the ISO 45001 standard- Good knowledge of the ISO 14001 standard- Proficiency with MS Office tools- Good level of English and/or GermanPersonal skills- Excellent writing skills- Field-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-oriented- Ability to influence and persuade- Autonomy and team spiritDo you want to have a key role with a direct impact on safety and the environment at one of the largest industrial sites in French-speaking Switzerland?Join us – and grow with us.Join a company where engineering makes sense.
