Description

For my client, a Single Family Office, I am looking for a highly responsive, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive / Personal Assistant. This is a 50–60% position, fully remote.

We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and sharp individual who anticipates needs, moves fast, and enjoys supporting high-level operations in an entrepreneurial environment.

This is a newly created position. It is fully remote. You can apply as long as you live in Switzerland, not necessarily in Nyon as mentionned.

Executive and Personal Assistant - 60% - Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities :

  • Executive calendar and agenda management
  • Travel planning and coordination (flights, hotels, conferences, meetings)
  • Administrative support and day-to-day executive assistance
  • Preparation, follow-up, and management of contracts and documentation
  • Coordination with external partners and service providers
  • Light personal assistance tasks
  • Occasional travel for conferences, events, and partner meetings
  • Ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency across multiple priorities

Profile :

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in similar roles within complex environments ( Finance, Big 4, Single Family Office, or comparable high-demand settings)
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a plus
  • Based in Switzerland
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote setup with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong sense of urgency and exceptional responsiveness
  • Highly organized, discreet, and solution-oriented
  • Strong interest in new technologies, digital tools, and modern ways of working
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with another fully remote team member who will provide onboarding and training
