Description du poste

  • Event and Logistics Management: Take charge of planning and executing various events across multiple locations, ensuring each event meets our high standards and achieves stakeholder satisfaction. This includes managing logistics for international events, with a focus on overcoming challenges in diverse locales.
  • Travel Coordination: Collaborate with Task Managers to organize complex, multi-destination travel itineraries, especially in challenging environments. Handle the preparation of travel authorizations and the analysis of travel trends and expenditures.
  • Administrative Support: Engage in the recruitment process for various roles within the organization, aligning with HR requirements. Execute a variety of workflow transactions with precision and efficiency.
  • Information Management: Assist Task Managers by sourcing key information from databases and other resources. Maintain systematic and consistent filing of documents to support effective teamwork.
  • Operational Efficiency: Prioritize tasks to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Offer practical support to Task Managers, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures. Drive improvements in daily operations through innovative solutions.
  • Policy and Procedure Adherence: Stay abreast of developments in policies and procedures related to budgeting, financial management, HR, procurement, and travel. Engage with internal and external stakeholders as needed for consultation.

Description du profil

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on event management and executive support.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on travel planning and expenditure analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in database management and various office software.
  • Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures quickly, with a commitment to learning and improvement.
