For one of our clients, an international FMCG company operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment based in Geneva, we are looking for a:

Executive Assistant

For a permanent position with a 80% - 100% workload.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for senior leadership.
  • Organise meetings, travel, and related logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Draft meeting notes and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal teams.
  • Coordinate information flow and document sharing.
  • Support communication with external partners when needed.
  • Maintain well-structured and up-to-date files and records.
  • Coordinate document signatures, approvals, and archiving.
  • Support internal processes and approval workflows.
  • Provide organisational support on cross-functional and international projects.

PROFIL ATTENDU

Requirements:

  • Training in business administration or executive support is an advantage.
  • 7-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in an international corporate environment.
  • Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
  • Fluent in English and French.
