A Day in the Life of an Executive Assistant:

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance tailored to the specific needs of each head of and their working area, demonstrating initiative and discretion in managing sensitive information.Maintain and update team lists, spreadsheets, absence records, and other key information, ensuring effective unit planning and organization.Oversee the management of Outlook calendars, including appointment scheduling.Draft and manage routine correspondence, short notes, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software, following concise instructions.Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external workshops, events, and seminars, ensuring all aspects are efficiently organized.Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa requirements, in accordance with Nestlé policies. Collaborate with markets as necessary to ensure cost-effective arrangements.Create and track the procure-to-pay process, including Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Service Entry Sheets (SES).Prepare and follow up on expense reports, manage cash account transactions, and maintain accurate records of collections and distributions.Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external workshops, events, and seminars, ensuring all aspects are efficiently organized.
