Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 Directors
  • Complex calendar and agenda management; scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Organise business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
  • Coordinate internal events, workshops and leadership meetings
  • Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Contribute to process improvements and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Successful previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and anticipate needs
  • Discretion, reliability and a positive, service-oriented mindset
