Interiman Geneva is currently and proactively looking for an:

Executive Board Assistant

Temporary role - 100% - start date: immediate 
Juniors accepted (2 to 5 years of experience)

Your missions:

  • Administrative support: emails, phone calls, messages, correspondance, archiving...
  • Agenda management with various countries and calendars to supervise
  • Travel organisation, including hotel and flight booking and visa requests
  • Expenses and invoicing support
  • Personal support when needed
  • Process and reports to follow or to create/draft
  • Relationships with partners of the company
  • Ad hoc projects coordination and monitoring
  • Any other administrative support to the Facility Manager and his team

Your profile:

  • Previous professional experience of 2-5 years maximum in a similar position - Mandatory
  • English advanced level (C1 minimum)
  • French mother tongue with excellent writting skills
  • Capacity to easily translate French into English
  • IT proficient (MS Office, SAP is an asset)
  • High degree of flexibility, natural ability to connect with people
  • Team player and solution provider
  • Analytical mind with excellent organisation skills
  • Customer orientation with a strong willingness to deliver a top quality work
  • Ability to work quickly and efficently under tight deadlines
  • Swiss citizen or valid C permit
