Facility Administrator

Votre mission

SRM & Billing :
Manage all purchase orders (and related invoices) of the department through the corporate tool from shopping cart to reception of goods or services: creation, follow-up, problem solving in interaction with suppliers and internal accounting department.
List; calculate the value (if applicable), book and transfer to Accounting department all cross-charged GWS services (moves, restaurants, etc.).

Communication :
Manage, schedule and create local communication for our department (Announcements, Work in progress, service catalog ) + community management of our internal platform
Assist the Director of GWS in the drafting and issuance of reporting documents and other tools.

Local key system management
Manage internal key software

European team coordination:

Assist the European director in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
Track & ensure schedules and objectives are met
European Coordination for budgets reporting
Create reports, analyze and interpret data
Support and supervise communication in our European affiliates
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others

Votre profil

Bachelor´s degree required in international business administration, communication, or other relevant area of expertise.
Minimum 2-3 years related administrative experience.
Fluent in English and in French.
Proficient in SAP/SRM and the MS Office Suite of products is a plus.
Ability to learn new software systems and manage online support/tools and networks.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality in dealing with all documents, files and conversations.
Outstanding organization skills are required, with demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and tasks.
Must be able to effectively utilize resources to facilitate problem resolution.

Compétences requises
