Description du poste
Our client is a Machine tools company based in the canton of Neuchâtel.
To support its growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager.
You will be responsible for the finance function (accounting + controlling) and work closely with management.
You will handle financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting supervision in IFRS
#
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports in IFRS.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely closings.
- Set up internal controls suitable and support audit processes.
- Provide financial support to Production, Sales, and R&D teams and coordinate financial data across departments.
- Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Swiss SME.
- Strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Fluent in French and English.
