Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the company's performance.
Prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Participate in the close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounting processes.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an asset
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent level of English and/or French required
