The Financial Controller position entails overseeing financial operations and reporting for multiple legal entities in Switzerland. This role will involve system implementation, core accounting, financial reporting, control and compliance, as well as operational and administrative support. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance & Operations, Switzerland, the role requires a strong focus on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' in Audit (Big 4) coupled with a 1st experience in a controlling role.
• They should be a Chartered Accountant or have a similar audit background with strong technical accounting skills.
• Demonstrable experience in implementing information systems, familiarity with ERP systems, and advanced Excel proficiency are essential.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills are required, along with fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Immediate Availability or up to 1 month notice period.
