Description du poste
For one of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join a leadership team.
Responsabilities :
Accounting and Controlling
- Oversee accounting operations for the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Manage reconciliation processes and ensure timely preparation of annual accounts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and corporate taxes.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting and analysis frameworks to track performance across business units.
- Produce budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses to guide decision-making.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Support liquidity management and cash flow planning.
Strategic Support
- Prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors and shareholders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of company ownership and financial structures.
- Collaborate with senior management to evaluate financial strategies and performance drivers.
Skills :
- Certified accountant or equivalent qualification in finance or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a multi-entity environment.
Languages
- Fluency in French and English.
