Job Description

The Financial Controller will:

• Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts for the management team.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure compliance with budgets.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors to provide necessary documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Experience in Switzerland.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
