Description du poste

Our client, leader in its sector - sepcific distribution - based in Lausanne , is recruiting a FP&A Analyst. The position focuses on performance analysis, KPI development, financial modeling, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Responsabilities :

• Support the monthly closing process by analyzing revenue,
• Propose accounting adjustments (revenue accruals, inventory reconciliation, provisions, etc.)
• Monitor performance using KPIs and analyze variances.
• Prepare and manage submissions in HFM
• Lead the budgeting process: collecting data and uploading data into HFM
• Review Pricing policies

Profile :

• Master's degree in finance or an equivalent field.
• First experience in Finance, ideally FP&A (around 5 years).
• Good command of ERP systems (experience with SAP and HFM is a plus).
• Strong analytical and summarizing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
